I wanted a bit more, but it does provide some good advice to help you get started. Not bad for the price.
Good info on what you need to prepare for and get a loan. No info regarding financing to sell your business. I was hoping for some help in that regard. Also remember the old adage "if you already have all the cash you need, the bank will give you a loan"
This is a short read with great insight and nuggets of information for someone trying to understand what lenders are looking for when deciding to give your business a loan or not.
